I had a truly unforgettable experience at the Trip of a Lifetime. The drive to Whitebird Summit was breathtaking, with picture-perfect opportunities at every turn. The lodge was cozy and clean, and I felt right at home. The food reminded me of my mom's cooking - delicious and comforting. Frank and Terri, the owners, were fascinating to talk to, sharing incredible stories from their lifetime. I loved the peacefulness of the lodge, no need for TVs or distractions. And the best part? The horseback riding and the chance to truly relax and unwind. I highly recommend the Trip of a Lifetime - it truly lives up to its name.

Our stay at this unique lodge was truly an adventure. The owner's collection of native US and African animals was fascinating. The Buffalo Bill Cody-themed room and western saloon bathroom added to the experience. The breakfast was a feast, and the owner's stories kept us entertained. The deck overlooking the pond and horses provided a relaxing atmosphere.
We felt extremely safe throughout our stay, and the staff were always helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of this lodge. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility. The lodge itself was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay. Additionally, the hosts and staff were welcoming and friendly, always willing to help and provide information about the area.
there were quite a few taxidermied animals displayed throughout the lodge, which made us uncomfortable. We understand that it may be part of the hunting lodge theme, but it was not to our personal liking.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a guest ranch bed and breakfast in Idaho. The lodge atmosphere was perfect, with cozy feather beds, heated towel racks, and private patios. The breakfasts were incredible - so much food that you won't need lunch! The location was stunning, with views of the Salmon River basin and Hells Canyon. The activities offered, like horseback riding and whitewater rafting, were fantastic. it was one of the most beautiful areas I've ever vacationed in.
The only downside was some noise disturbance at night, which bothered me as a light sleeper.

The value for our money at this amazing place was unbeatable! The room was comfortable and had a unique Western theme that made us feel like we were part of a wild west adventure. The location was beautiful, with a deck overlooking a pond and plenty of shady spots to relax. The staff treated us like family, entertaining us with fascinating stories and making sure we had everything we needed.
While the breakfast items were delicious and plentiful, it would have been even better with a wider selection of pastries or baked goods.
